About Us
Management Structure
The ADHD Foundation is a start-up non-profit organization with no start-up funding. Initially the organization would be employing a volunteer approach to staffing to minimise cost. The staff includes the Board of Directors who is employed with specific operational responsibilities, operational staff, and additional capacity in the short term to be determined by our customer needs, funding acquired and volunteers’ skills.
The organization will employ professional personnel who will be independent contractors with expertise in areas that are not part of its day to day operation.
The management team comprises all the members of the board of directors headed by the Chief Executive Officer. This team is qualified in business, finance, marketing, communications, psychology, education and social work. The team will work with three permanent committees responsible for fund-raising, Education and Programs, and Talent (Volunteer) Management.
